In order to meet contractual obligations with the U.S. DOE, these reports MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 15, JULY 15, OCTOBER 15 AND JANUARY 15 of each calendar year. Please note that all reports will be made available to the general public via the DOE website, therefore, confidential and/or proprietary information must not be included in any reports.

All report MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT using the approved CAST template. The only acceptable file format is Microsoft WORD (*.doc). A copy of the TPR template may be downloaded from the following links:

Please note that all TPRs must adhere to the accepted style template to ensure that a high-quality combined report can be submitted to the U.S. DOE for review and comment.

All CAST projects must submit a Final Topical Report (FTR) within 30 days after the completion of the project. The draft report may be reviewed by U.S. DOE and/or CAST. As such, investigators may be required to make final revisions to the TPR prior to final acceptance for public distribution. All reports will be made available to the general public via the DOE website and confidential and/or proprietary information must not be included in the report.

A copy of the FTR template may be downloaded from the following links:

As indicated previously, all FTRs must adhere to the accepted style template to ensure that quality and consistency is maintained in the CAST publications.
